remnants of spring

A couple of weeks ago our neighborhood was filled with colorful spring blooms and it was gorgeous! I told Matt that I wanted to go on a nature walk and take pictures of all the pretty spring flowers. Also, since he is the man behind the camera I wanted to practice taking some pictures. When we finally got around to going on our little walk I was so sad to see that all of the beautiful flowers were gone! I knew that tulips and other flowers that bloom during spring come and go pretty quickly but I didn't think it happened so fast. What we did find was the remnants of spring. I love the flowers we did come across because of the pop of color among all the green leaves and trees. It was so much fun taking pictures of nature and I will definitely be doing it more.
