Wedding Week: Family

Family is such a huge part of a wedding; I'm so glad all of our siblings. nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and friends could join our special day! Here are some pictures with our family on our special day. 

I love these pictures of my parents and me. Especially the one of my mom and I laughing, so candid and I just love it! My parents (especially my mom) helped with so much during the wedding! Matt was living in Utah and I was living in California so I pretty much had to do everything on my own, even though he helped as much as he could when we were together. My mom and dad ran tons of errands, helped me make decorations, and my mom even went cake tasting with me! So mom and dad, if you're reading this (don't worry I'll tell them to read this) thank you so much for everything! Thanks for all the help, running millions of errands, paying for such a beautiful wedding, and for being the best parents ever. I love you both so much! 

The color palette for the wedding was pale pink, gray, and cream. For the bridesmaids I had them wear a gray cardigan from GAP, a blush, ruched shirt from the Loft. a cream pleated skirt from ASOS, (yeah I knew about ASOS before it was a huge thing) and nude heels. For the guys we rented tuxedos from Men's Warehouse. I picked a pastel, soft color palette because I loved the dreamy, feminine look of it all!

One more very, very important person at the wedding was my best friend Katie! You may recognize her from a recent guest post she just did. She was with me from 7am until 9pm and she was my right hand woman!! She was there when I got ready, helped watch my nieces/nephews, stayed all during pictures to assist the photographer, and helped with even more at the reception! I love you girl and thanks for all your hlep, you know I'll be there for you on your big day!
